I was very disappointed when my parcel arrived. I had purchased this hand cream before at a local shop and absolutely love the actual hand cream. When I opened my parcel the tubes of hand cream inside were in miniature compered to the ones I had purchased previously. It did not show me on your web site that there were different sizes available. I would not have purchased them if I had realized they would be so very small. In fact if there had been an even larger size than I had before I would have preferred that. I still love the product but very disappointed as what I got was like a sample size not a complete product size.

Our hand creams do come in more than one size and this is listed on each product page, but clearly it wasn't obvious enough from the images. This is something we're going to make much clearer.
